Connect men to Jesus.
We realize that the ultimate source of truth and healing is our good Father God. The Bible states that the only way to God is through His Son, Jesus. Jesus claimed that all who seek Him will find Him, we are just helping men see their need for Him, and get some directions along the way.

Build relationships.
We are not mean to do life alone. We are surrounded by people, but how many of those people really know us? Going through life with others is not easy, people are messy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It is in the mess of life that we find joy, hope, and true community.

Make Disciples.
Jesus gave us the great commission to Make Disciples in Matthew 28:
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
We teach the Gospel of the Kingdom, leaning on the transformational power of Jesus to produce fruits of the Spirit in our lives.

PHARE Warrior Network
We utilize a private online learning platform called Mighty Networks that enables a safe place for our men to interact with each other and learn from each other.
We offer Leader Training in person, and online to help men discover how to connect with Jesus, develop strong holistic disciplines, build relationships, and multiply.
Some of our training include, analyzing great leaders in the Bible, and extracting time tested principles on how to be a man of God.
We also have book studies that go deeper on inter-relational living, and exploring the Gospel of the Kingdom.
FIGHT CLUB | FC414.CLUB
Started in Goshen Indiana by Jim Brown and Grace Church. PHARE Warrior leads a large implementation of the men’s program in Central Indiana and beyond. We offer a regional based approach that develops men in their local community building relationships with men they will live and work around.
FIGHT CLUB is a 10 week boot camp for men who need to get uncomfortable to wake up out of spiritual, mental, physical, relational apathy. You will develop disciplines, practice fasting, eating healthy, working out, and building camaraderie with other like minded men.
We offer FIGHT CLUB in the Fall and Spring each year, based out of Northern Indianapolis.

Matt Zappasodi is a builder, strategist, and problem-solver dedicated to helping organizations and individuals navigate complex terrain with clarity. Drawing on a background that spans operational systems consulting, competitive athletics, and non-profit administration, Matt brings a grounded, creative approach to execution. Whether architecting backend workflows, coaching high-performance teams, or guiding mission-focused initiatives, his focus is singular: cutting through noise to solve problems, so that he can connect with the person. To him, it is all about relationships.
Joshua Winrotte brings deep roots in leadership, mentorship, and community building to his role as Fight Club Director. After dedicating more than eleven years to community education, leadership development, and regional outreach across Indiana, Josh answered the call into pastoral ministry and dedicated discipleship. At Phare Warrior, he directs the Fight Club experience to challenge men spiritually, mentally, and relationally. Josh lives in Indiana with his family, committed to raising up leaders who stand firm, embrace accountability, and live out the calling of a true warrior.
Brian Austin brings leadership to PHARE Warrior and the FC414 brotherhood as a seasoned graduate of the program. A longtime champion of FC414, he believes growth requires spiritual, and mental discipline.
Justin Masterson brings a heart for authentic discipleship, deep community investment, and high-level leadership experience to the Phare Warrior and FC414 brotherhood. A former Major League Baseball All-Star pitcher, Justin spent eight seasons competing at the highest level of professional athletics before transitioning his energy full-time toward faith-based community development, mentorship, and youth sports. A committed ally and advocate of Fight Club, Justin is passionate about walking shoulder-to-shoulder with men, stripping away pretense, and helping them step into their God-given identity through maturity.
As a PHARE Warrior board member and long-time leader within FC414, Brian Cleverly is driven by a mission to see men lead with purpose and conviction. Drawing on extensive executive experience in the physical security and systems industry, Brian understands the disciplines required to assess risk, and protect what matters most. Like Nehemiah, he applies those principles directly to discipleship, challenging men to break through isolation, embrace rigorous accountability, and stand steadfast in every area of life.
Brian Wiard serves as a board member for PHARE Warrior, bringing a steadfast dedication to intentional discipleship and men’s brotherhood. Brian is passionate about guiding men out of spiritual isolation and into lives marked by discipline, purpose, and integrity. He champions honest accountability and direct leadership, challenging men to step up in their homes. Brian’s grounded presence and commitment to the brotherhood make him a trusted pillar of the PHARE Warrior mission.
For Danny Collier, the heart of Fight Club is simple: iron sharpens iron, and no man is meant to walk alone. Serving on the PHARE Warrior team, Danny brings an authentic, approachable presence that helps men drop their armor and confront what truly matters. He understands the grit required to lead well, love deeply, and stay faithful through life’s hardest seasons. Danny actively invests in challenging men to break passive habits, pursue consistent accountability, and live out their God-given identity with courage and clarity.
